House of Insurtech appointed by Activity Business Cover to help improve customer experience and growth through digital transformation

House of Insurtech, the fast-growing Insurtech software company, was appointed by Activity Business Cover, a trading name of BlueFox Insurance, and a specialist provider of Professional Indemnity Insurance within the activities and fitness sectors. We were able to help with their digital transformation strategy  aimed at improving the customer experience and creating growth.

Replacing outdated legacy practices Activity Business Cover is using Insurforce, a state of the art SaaS platform from House of Insurtech. They will derive significant operational efficiencies by using the features of a modern Policy Administration System linked to a market leading customer front end experience.

The customer interface is a user friendly mobile first application which gives customers slick and easy to us online experience and they are able to purchase a suitable policy in just a few minutes. Customers will also have easy access to an online-portal to access documentation and manage their policies. Reducing the manual interventions for routine changes gives the business more time which it can use to focus on building for the future.
