We are House of Insurtech Limited company number 11723629 and we are a software developer specialising in the Insurance industry. To our ClientsWe we offer data processing services for calculating premiums and administering Insurance policies. Our Clients are required to be regulated by the relevant regulatory bodies including the FCA and PRA. We are registered with the ICO with registration number ZA745604.
The type of information we collect
As a Data Processor we collect relevant personal and other information about you to allow our Clients to offer Insurance Services to you, this may include personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences.
For our own purposes we collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
- Organisation names
- Source of enquiry
How we get the information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you at the website www.houseofinsurtech.com and via personal contact, for one of the following reasons:
- For our own marketing purposes
- For follow on contact in a sales scenario
- On behalf our our clients in the Insurance sector

Client
Information collected by our Clients will be collected via their Insurance Quote web sites for the purpose of calculating an insurance premium. If the quote is not taken up, the personal information is not saved, if the insurance policy is purchased then the personal details will be kept as legitimate customer data. Each Client will have their own Privacy Policy details on their web sites as Data Controllers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored in Hubspot in the Google Cloud and on Amazon AWS Amazon AWS.
We keep contact details for two years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our CRM and other systems.
Client
Your information is securely stored in the Amazon AWS Cloud Amazon AWS with appropriate levels of security.
